Hilton unfairly pays employees different wages and benefits for doing the same work

Hilton employees in Puerto Rico who work at the same hotel, doing the same job, are not paid the same wage. For example, cooks at the Condado Plaza are paid between $7.70 and $11.73 per hour. At 30 hours per week, that’s an almost $6300 different over the course of a year, for people doing the same work! Similarly, engineers at the El San Juan hotel are paid between $6.55 and $10.47 per hour, a $6100 annual difference.
